These Mobile Terms and Conditions (“Mobile Terms”) apply to your use of any mobile messaging program offered by our appliance repair service, including but not limited to SMS and MMS communications.

Consent to Receive Messages

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from us related to:

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services. Typically, you will receive 1-5 messages per service appointment. Promotional messages will not exceed 4 per month.

Opt-Out

You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. You will no longer receive text messages from us unless you re-subscribe.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. We do not charge any additional fees for sending or receiving text messages.

Supported Carriers

Our messaging service is supported by all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Mobile Terms at any time. Continued participation in our messaging program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
